Legal framework
Personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP).
Data collected
When you join, donate, register for an event or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect: last name, first name, date of birth, national ID number (membership only), phone, email, region and town.
Purposes
Managing memberships and fees, sending information about party life, organising events, issuing donation receipts. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Retention period
Members’ data is kept for the duration of their membership plus three years. Data about non-member contacts is kept for three years after the last exchange.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@pdesn.com, contact the party secretariat on +221 77 980 72 94 or use the Contact page. Proof of identity may be requested to verify your request. You may also refer the matter to the CDP.
