How will I receive my card?
As soon as your membership fee is paid, your digital card is displayed and you can download it. If you gave your email, it is also sent to you. It then remains available in your member area.
I received a printed card: what should I do?
Choose “Activate my physical card” and enter the 6-character code printed on the back of your card.
I live outside Senegal: can I join?
Yes. At the “Address” step, choose “Abroad (diaspora)”, then your country and city of residence.
How do I log in to my member area?
With the phone number you gave when joining: you receive a code by SMS, with no password to remember.
How long is my card valid?
Until 31 December of the year of your membership fee. You can renew it from your member area.
