Purpose
These terms govern the use of the PDESN website and the member area.
Member area
Access is personal. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and you agree to provide accurate information.
Donations and membership fees
Payments are processed by secure providers (Wave, Orange Money, Free Money, bank card). A receipt is sent after each payment. Donations are governed by Senegalese law on the funding of political parties.
Conduct
Any abusive, defamatory or unlawful content sent through the forms may be deleted and reported.
Liability
PDESN strives to ensure that the information published is accurate but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. PDESN is not responsible for links to external websites.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar.
